I've seen IT evolve at an incredible speed over the past 24 years of my career; the things we have achieved with technology are awe inspiring. Today's tech is so good in fact, that it has replaced real human interaction in many areas of our lives. We have normalized robotic, impersonal communication, and for the most part, we perpetuate these behaviors because it's just "easier". (I am guilty of it too.)
