Ten Tips to Build a Healthier You

Trish Zelenak, health and fitness coach of Trish Z Fitness, will be the guest speaker at our next Hilliard Women In Business Virtual Meeting on Monday, May 17 at 11:30am.

We will learn about the importance of mindset, goal setting, purging the pantry, meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prepping, gut health, tracking and celebrating progress. Additionally, we will learn how to build a meal prep mason jar salad. This is a perfect on the go meal for busy women.

This will be a free session, however you do need to RSVP for this event by Friday, May 14th. This meeting will be held via Zoom. Details about how to connect will be emailed before this date to registered attendees.
