Being a woman in a male-dominated industry brings a unique set of challenges – and opportunities. Join us for an interesting discussion with Kathy Gatterdam, CEO of The Columbus Coal & Lime Company and Sally Hughes, Founder and CEO of Caster Connections. We’ll explore the myriad issues women face in those industries and strategies and best practices for thriving in a male-dominated work culture where women at any level are often mistaken for secretaries!
